Refund policy

Print-on-Demand Products:

All print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.

Marketplace Products (Gem & Jules):

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Gift Boxes:

Gift boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee on approved returns. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged or opened gift boxes are not eligible for return.

Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges:

Food products and beauty/personal care items (including lotions and skincare) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including unopened items. This policy exists for the health and safety of all customers.
